Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To qualify for a return, the item must be used properly for the first 25 days, 2 to 3 times a day. No empty bottles will be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
